To get the password to the rocket warehouse first get the ruby at mt ember which is on one island then go to four island then go into icefall cave save lorelei after obtaining HM7 which is inside icefall cave then go to six island enter dotted hole and to do that use cut on the door next enter dotted hole fall into the hole then go up then left then right then down then grab the sapphire then chase the scientist who stole it then go to five island and now you can enter the rocket warehouse.

the ruby is on one island, in a cave near where two rockets are talking, after you have completed the Pokemon league an caught 60 Pokemon that is. you also have to talk to celio before you can go there though. The sapphire is eventually found on five island i think, in the rocket warehouse. but first you msut get the two passwords to get in.

Celio asks you to get the sapphire for him in leaf green and fire red after you beat the Pokemon league, you find the daughter of the man who owns the game corner on two island, and capture sixty different Pokemon (to get the national Dex). Then talk to him and he will ask you he will ask you to find the ruby or sapphire (i don't remember which) and it is also on one island at Mt. Ember. Once you get it and give it to him, he will ask you to get the other. It is on six island, but once you get to it, a rocket scientist will take it. However, he will tell you a password for the rocket warehouse on five island. Then go to five island at the rocket warehouse. Defeat the rocket admin and scientist and the gem is yours. Bring it to Celio. He will put it in his machine and you will be able to trade with the hoenn region. (do this in the order i told you)
