How do you fish using powerbait?

Start by sliding a float stopper onto 4 lb. line. Slide on a cigar-shaped float preferably red), then slide on another float stopper. Leave about 10 inches of line and then tie on a snap-swivel. Attached to this snap-swivel should be a size 8 hook. Remember that Powerbait floats so put a small split shot about 3 inches before the hook. On the hook, put a small piece of Powerbait (Orange Powerbait has always worked best for me) on. Once you have casted your line out, slowly retrieve the line in. Every 5-10 seconds stop winding for about 5 seconds. Good Luck.
