hi if its a manual adjust mirror you just pull off the cover from inside the car its just hold on by one popper, once that is off it will reveal some screws take all of them out including a little black one which is in the mirror adjuster on the inside of the car, then the bracket from inside will come straight off, then you just simply give the mirror a pull from the outside. good luck
