There is a tool and two 'c shaped' washers sticky taped to the outside of the polystyrene box. Inside the tap head is a brass collar which you'll need to unscrew out. Put the collar on the tap shaft, the c shaped washer in the groove on the shaft, put the tap head on and then secure it by screwing the collar into the tap head with the tool provided.

had the same problem with a suction cup shower corner tray. if you push the suction cup firmly to the tiles it doesn't leave enough plastic thread protruding to screw retaining nut onto. Pushing the suction cup on lightly will leave enough thread but tray will probably then fall off the wall. Poorly designed product.

15" lift for no cut no rub full u-turn, but you can fit them with a 7" lift go to universalcarlifts.com for more info
the rims are stock size if there 15" and the tires should fit with out the lift, though its better to have the lift
You will need a minimum 3" lift to have 33" tires clear when making tight turns. 31" tires will fit with not modifications.
