the rims are stock size if there 15" and the tires should fit with out the lift, though its better to have the lift

LOTS way to much to answer tires ,tires out of balance anyone of the ujionts, rear bearings,front bearings,cv jionts at the front. sorry but good luck
Perhaps bad tires or bent rims bad axle shaft? swap front tires for rear to see if problem persists
Look under the car in the front and between the front tires. The oil pan is on the bottom of the engine.

If you get under your truck between the two front tires, and look up you should see it. It is cylindrical and is on the passenger side of your flywheel.
A possibility is to place the rear axle on top of the springs and relax the front torsion bars a bit ,all this with an alignment in mind.
