pretty much any subaru engine will fit into any subaru if you know what your doing. but i would suggest going for a motor from a 2001 forester to be safe.
well what size rims does your Forester have? if it has the same size then it should fit.
2011 Subaru Forester
i think the wiring harness is different >.
Yes, it will fit and mount up just fine. But you will have to make sure the front differential gear ratio matches that of your rear differential. Or what you could do is swap the transmission from the Forester along with the rear differential from the Forester
I only know it fixes Subaru Forester 2010...
What year is the forester? The route I have chosen is a.tang band 6.5" subwoofer in a 4 cubic ft custom enclosure tuned to 38hz under both front seats.
yes
That depends on the brand of filters that your auto parts store carries. While you are there checking out the brands they also have filter cross references that will tell you which filters that they carry will fit your Subaru.
Physically, yes. Prepare for fun w/ wiring and engine control...
Yes it will, as long as you have the factory bracket still installed from the factory deck. If you have the bracket, it's basically a drop in installation.
It's a 17mm, but you could have discovered that by trying wrenches or sockets until one fit. --Ken
