LOL that happened with my 03 too. i was told i can have Ford take it out & they can send it to tha factory & repair it or you can replace it for $600+ or do what i did & got a aftermarket touch screen CD player for $400 & it sounds even better!

Remove the decorative cover from your 2003 Chevrolet Tahoe six CD changer. Remove the CD changer retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the CD changer.

No, unfortunately you can't. I wish it did, though. Apparently Lincoln didn't add a CD changer that played mp3 files until the 2007 model.
The CD changer is located in the trunk on the drivers side next to the switch to turn off the air ride suspension.
