How do you fix a 95 Chevy z28 that runs good but once it gets warm the RPMs start going crazy and it starts running like it is misfiring and the coil has been replaced?

my rpm went up and down when my 1994 Z28 engine got hot , I troubleshot to at stuck EGR valve, the valve was packed with carbon deposits.
I removed and replaced the EGR valve and the EGR solenoid and cured this long time problem
