Been there before. The problem will be in one of the fuel injectors.
If you have already replaced the plugs and wires, your best bet would be to replace the coil pack housing(big white housing under cover). Those are notorious for failing in the late model z24s. I had the same problem with my 97 and afterwards it ran fine.

you may have already checked, but to me it sounds like you have a loose connection at the battery
You're sure it is water and not brake fluid coming from the master cylinder?
That would depend on what problems you are having, or what codes you pulled. But I would say the egr valve would be next if it is egr related problems based on what you changed already.
Get Some WD40 on the front axle and the back one or check the engine!:P

Blown fuse or wiring defect for the bulb you have already replaced. You have replaced the wrong bulb. The new bulb was defective.
If it's overheating, it cold be thermostat, radiator or possibly other problems. If it's not overheating it could be the coolant level sensor.
