There are seals under the valve cover that need replaced to repair oil on the spark plugs.
check IAC valve. Easy to replace, or you can clean with carb or brake cleaner and reinstall.
Replace the switch under the dash. First remove the cover, then find the switch mounted neer the brake pedel.Remove the wiring plug then disconect from the bracket.
Why are you assuming a valve needs replacing? It can be a wheel sensor, ABS motor, or many other things. Know that if only the ABS is not working you still have normal brake function, just not ABS. If you want to repair the ABS, which is not necessary if the normal brakes are working, then take it to a professional. You can drive the car without front wheel ABS, which is what this car has. The brake pedal is hard to push and the mechanic I took it to advised me to try and find whatever valve at a salvage yard. Otherwise the part new would be around $1500 alone. If I change the master cylinder would that fix the problem.
A defective brake hose must be replaced. There is no way to fix it.
Back off the brake adjustment, or back off the e-brake adjustment, or the e-brake cables are stuck. No need to open bleeders.
With a new valve gasket
You can fix the brake booster switch in your 1991 Jaguar by replacing the brake booster switch. In most cases when the brake booster switch does not function properly the only way to fix it is to replace it.
Remove the head and have the valve reseated or replaced.
Check the valve located above the brake pedal. It needs to be readjusted.
