How do you fix a broken nintendo ds I dropped my ds one day and it wouldnt turn on ever since. If you lightly shake it you can hear something moveing inside. How do I fix this myself?

Try and charge it up, if it still doesnt work then you might have to go to a shop and see if they can fix it. sorry.
^THAT'S WRONG. I've been having the exact same problem and I charged it, but it still won't turn on. The orange charging light works and everything, which makes me think the power switch is broken, because that's vaguely where the little thing rolling around sounds like it is.

I believe that you should take it to a professional instead of trying to fix it yourself because you don't want to mess it up more. Greentools Answer. I smashed mine on the ground and soaked it with water. (on Purpose) I put it on the window sill. i came back from school and it wouldn't work. But then i recharge it. It worked perfectly fine. WTF. It wouldn't die Put it somewhere where there is alot of sun and then recharge! See if it wrks. If it does it will restart the whole Nintendo. If the touch screen on the bottom is just white its perfectly fine. My Nintendo wouldn't die if not take it to someone who knows what they are doin.
