One of two options for this problem, if the well is wide enough to get inside it may be possible to re-enforce it from the inside, otherwise digging on the outside of the well all the way to bottom and re-building it is the next best option
The reason that oil shale is not used to produce oil is because this is what keeps the oil well from collapsing after the oil is removed. If the oil shale were mined, the oil well would collapse into a large trench in the ground.

Take some screws, screwdrivers, nuts and spanners firstly open the leaking area fix it with some well branded glue , fill it with cement and tile it. Screw it and fix nuts with spanner. Now it is fixed.
A 'collapsing circuit' - in its idea - is a circuit designed to detect a failure in a circuit and act on it. The most basic implementation would be to monitor voltage/amperage levels on the target circuit and react when those levels change (a wire is cut, an element wears out etc.). Collapsing circuits are used in electronic security devices like alarms (alarm is set off if tampering in the device is detected), and bombs (the load is detonated when, for example, the counter is disconnected). Typical (generic) usage for such circuits is mainly intrusion detection and failover systems - a collapsing circuit could be used to warn the user of a failure, or to enable a backup system. One would do good to distinguish between physical (ie. electronical) and logical (signal-based, software) 'collapsing circuits'.
well think of some ideas that relate to peoples problems then choose on and invent something that would fix it!

I cannot think of any covered cause that would cause the collapsing of a well. Damage must be due to a covered cause.
