Not sure if you have this but take the inside door skin off, there are 3 screws you need to remove. One is by the door pull, one in side the door by the vent in the front, the other is right by the power switches under a little cover that can be popped out with a flat head or knife. After that you will need to remove the door handle by taking 2 screws out of the back side of the handle. Disconnect the wire harnesses remember there is a "lock" on the power windows harness, its orange simply slip it to the side. Now the fun the are a total of 7 yes 7 saftey screws in the motor to disconnect it. 4 are in bullet hole size holes in the door. 2 at top 2 at bottom. Easy to see they are the exact spots of the top and bottom of window track. The other 3 are right around the motor. Remove the 4 on the track first, when they drop you can remove them from the bottom of the door take the motor out first. There is no other way to fix them to remove the motor and replace, most auto yards or salvage dealers have them 1996-2000 are all the same they run new around $100-$150 depending on the dealer.
