Often times it's just the belt that has snapped. Check under the unit for the long belt that runs from the engine back to the trans. Give it a tug. If it comes out in your hand, you've got your answer.

What is hydraulic controller?

A hydraulic or hydrostatic drive system or hydraulic power transmission is a drive or transmission system that uses hydraulic fluid under pressure to drive machinery. The term hydrostatic refers to the transfer of energy from flow and pressure, not from the kinetic energy of the flow. Such a system basically consists of three parts. The generator (e.g. a hydraulic pump, driven by an electric motor, a combustion engine or a windmill); valves, filters, piping etc. (to guide and control the system); the motor (e.g. a hydraulic motor or hydraulic cylinder) to drive the machinery.

What all on Kubota bx is hydro driven?

Strictly the transmission is "hydro driven" on a Kubota BX-series tractor. It is has a high and low range but speed is fully adjustable and controlled by a variable swashplate in the transmission. The mid and rear PTO's are gear driven by a wet hydraulic clutch pack. FWD is strictly gear driven from inside the transmission. Hope this helps.

Is there a pulley in a lawnmower?

If it is a push lawnmower, probably (Although I have seen one with an electric starter). If it is a riding mower, probably not. On a push mower, the hub where the blade is bolted onto is attached to the engine driveshaft via a keyway and a fastener (nut). Therefore, the blade is not driven by a pulley. On the contrary, on a riding mower, the blades are usually driven by a belt that transfers motion from the engine shaft pulley to another pulley that spins the blade(s).

What is a lawnmower?

It is apparent, no? A lawn mower mows the lawn. Don't cut your hair with it, please, unless you want to die. Answer. Basically a lawnmower is someone or something that cuts grass. The first lawnmower was a man with a scythe. The first machine was a cylinder of blades rotating against a sole plate and driven by the road wheels. The latest types are Rotary mowers where a single blade turns at speed and cuts the grass.
