Try re-booting your iPad. That should fix the Problem!
Well, if it froze, you will need to reboot. It should not have frozen. I would run a scan disk and a defrag to try and fix the freezing problem.

Unfortunately you can't. Once you freeze latex paint, there is nothing that can be done but throw it out.

Take it to an Apple Store for repair. You can't fix it yourself.
A boot that is frozen in computer language means that a computer started to boot but the screen froze during the boot process. If this happens it might fix the problem if the computer is unplugged for a few seconds and then restarted in Safe Mode.
the first thing to do is hold and press the on button for 10secnds if that does not work press and hold the on button and the middle button for 2min and that should fix your problem.
Try charging it if the battery is low.
