It could be your windhield drain pan hoses are clogged. there are two. one on each side of your vehicle. lift the hood and look up under the wiper panel They are black rubber hoses connected to the wiper motor pan. Grab hose from the top and wiggle back & forth with slight downward force until it comes off. Clean out by using garden hose pressure. Replace and do other side.
