idle air control may be the problem . looking at air filter box ,you will notice a small molded hose from it to the idle a c ,engine idling ,that sqweeling mooing sound is on ,sqweese firmly closed the rubber hose for a few seconds ,if sound changes or is gone bingo... hope this helps great site thanks
