If you are on about the Club Penguin Mission which i assume you are on about, you must take out your spy phone and go to the tools bit then take the wrench and carry it over to the telescope.It will be fixed for you.When its done you will be able to to look through it then you will see the stranded penguins on the Iceberg.You need to get the Life Preserver and take it their and click the preserver to the penguins to rescue them.If your not on about that then i dont know!
