many countries try to fix the hole. Montreal protocol is a treaty for the same.
Depending on the size of the hole, you may be able to fix it with tape. Most pictures are taken digitally now, so the best option may be to have the picture reprinted.
No, the ozone hole is not permanent, but does reappear every year. The hole over each pole is only there for a short time each year, during that pole's winter. Lack of sunlight is the cause of this hole.
In order to fix the problem of ozone hole, we must curb the use of CFc. In the absence of these, the ozone layer will replenish itself.
I heard that it started back when some race car tracks had wooden boards. When one of the boards broke, it created a hole in the track. The guy that would fix the hole was named Chuck. Hence, there's a chuck hole. I have no idea about the validity of this. That's how I found this page b/c I was searching to see if this was true.
You have exhaust leak where the pipe rusted through and this makes the loud noise. You can go to a parts store and get a exhaust repair kit to fix the hole. This is only a temporary fix and might not be enough to fix the repair. Otherwise, you have to go to a muffler shop so they can replace the rusted section.
Replace them.
The Basketball Fix was created in 1951.

If the pipe is in good enough shape you can weld over the hole, BUT If there is one small hole rusted in the system it is a good sign the pipe is rotted. There will be many other holes soon. There are probably more holes than you know about. You will probably have to have an exhaust shop put in a new pipe for you.
you should not fix rusted pipes. they should be replaced
To fix the ozone hole, stop using CFC's. They are the ones depleting ozone.

If it's slight corrosion, run a tap through it, If its serious enough to be a structural problem in a critical area, may have to replace the part if practical or weld in a patch panel whichever is more cost effective.
