To fix a Toyota Sienna driver's side seat belt that is stuck, you might need to pull the entire belt out slowly until it is completely extended. Then, allow the belt to retract slowly.
Just bought a 2004 Sienna (toyota Certified) and have had it back 2 x now (in 2 weeks) for this same problem. Service Dept tells me this is not uncommon and it will jam if you "Pull it wrong"!!! If I have to go back a 3rd time...they better come up with a permanent solution as this is VERY dangerous.
== == The Sienna manual recommends you change the time "belt" at 90,000 miles. From the toyota.com website: Sienna 1998-2006 V6 have a Belt 2007 V6 Chain
