Apart from the above-mentioned methods, you can also use an iOS system repair tool like Joyoshare UltFix to replace iTunes. This tool will not cause any data loss and can fix all ios-related issues.
Try a master reset, or try restoring it. This will take all of the data off of your device, but you you can put it back on via itunes.
Wait for it to come or go to the place you got it from.
