pull out fuse 15 or 19 the one which activates the beeper for lights left on warning.
you wont get a tripometer as it will always set back to zero each time you switch off, so if you want to tell what milage you have done take a reading before you start and before you switch off if you stop halfway etc. but at least you won't get pulled for speeding.
