everyone knows that you cant fix it only one thing is possible , just restart .
And, theres another way. if you go on ar or ar code manager, you got to delete all games and codes and reenter them. Hope this helps:]!!!

You learn to play your game with out cheating, Noob. *NOTE* Much agreed. There is hardly a reason to even cheat on DS games, most of them are easy. The AR can overload the DS, asking for too much bandwidth than it can supply.
How do you make Pokemon platinum work on an AR I tried every game ID on the internet and the first time I used the game ID on the AR screen but every time I press start the screen would turn white?
You should look on your AR screen when you first put Platinum in and if it says unknown game it should also give you the correct id for the game write it on a pice of paper and then click on add new game put in Pokemon platinum, go to the next screen, and type in what you wrote down, if it still frezzes up maybe the problem is in your AR or in your Pokemon platinum game actually the same happened to me it turns out that the codes i put in it where only for diamond or pearl, the cheats in one of the games arent allowed to be used in platinum.

Yes it is a glitch and yes, i suggest AR codes to fix it it depends if actually have travel to kanto regien first, if u havent then it wont show up, and you can fly between regien

I did the same thing too, but there is NO way to fix that.

You need to reset your AR, this happened to me, but by holding A,B,START, and SELECT on the white screen before the title screen, I fixed it. (Unfortunately, you will need to put in your codes again)
