If you have this code, then most likely you will have to replace the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) or Engine Control Module (ECM), but however you can replace this yourself but you have to take the vehicle back to the dealership so that they can program it correctly. (Vehicle will not run, and will need to be towed to dealership) Considering that the dealership is the only ones who apparently have access to the machine that programs the computer. What a bummer.
