If you're talking about a crack, you can use an epoxy filler. ...or if it's not too wide, silicone calk will work fine. If You're talking about a flaw (like an air pocket) from when the slab was poured, you can use mortar or furnace cement, something that's sticky and has good adhesion. You can check with the folks at your local hardware or home improvement store. They'll recommend something.
So we have the same problem at our house! The crack is all the way through the garage. We are going to have to have them come in and raise part of the garage were it has sunk and then fill it in with concrete. As well you can also buy garage flooring and put that on top to make it look a lot nicer and cleaner. It is not to expensive if you get the right stuff.

Either the garage door would need to be cut and adjusted in height to conform to the floor, or the floor would need to be modified to conform to the door. If the door bottom is near level, the floor should be built up to meet the door. If the floor is level, there are serious issues with the door. Consult a garage door installer.
It's very common, and simply means that the land has settled slightly. There are many ways to fix this, depending on the width and length of the cracks. Sealing the cracks is easy and there are many new materials to do this. - Raising the sunken part is also an option, but expensive. In this case concrete is pumped in under the sunken part to raise it. I would get an expert to inspect and give you an appraisal.
