How do you fix different types of Blue Screens of Death every time you turn on your computer if I can't complete hard-drive checks and re-installing Windows won't fix it?

During the boot up screen, consistently hit F10, and a screen saying "Would you like to change blue screen of death settings." From then, follow the on screen instructions to fix your blue screen of death problems.
