spray with WD40 if that doesn't help replace the door lock
TRY SPRAYING, FORCING WD-40 "USING THE RED TUBE" IN THE LOCK. MAKE SURE TO HOLD A RAG UNDER THE LOCK TO SOAK UP THE OVERFLOW. THEN SLAP THE DOOR SHARPLEY WITH YOUR OPEN HAND WHILE JIGGLING THE KEY UP, DOWN, IN, OUT, LEFT TO RIGHT BUT DON'T BENT THE HEAD OF THE KEY.

take off the door pannle and there should be a metal rod eatier brok or hanging off the lock if that's not it. it would be the motor or your switch
the answer to your stuck key problem is call a locksmith any reasonably good locksmith should be able to remove repair or replace your lock and keep the key so it matchs the other locks on the carWhen you get the doors open, take the door panel off (take out the bolts for the handle and the panel just pulls off) with the window up, you can take the clip off the back of the lock, disconnect the rod at the lock and pull the lock out. then take it to the locksmith(see answer above)ANSWERYOU COULD GO TO A LOCK SMITH BUT THERES A POSSIBILTE THAT ITS YOUR DOOR IF ITS YOUR DOOR YOU HAVE TO GO TO A FORD DEALER AND GET A REPAIR
drivers door will not lock without the key all other doors work fine. All i want to know is how to fix it.
When trunks get older, sometimes the latches get stuck. To fix them a person needs to add oil to the latch to loosen up the parts of the lock and turn the key hard.
You can open a key lock on a door knob, or you can open a deadbolt lock on the door itself.
Your driver's side door lock might be damaged if you cannot open it with the key but the key works on the passenger side door. You can try injecting some graphite spray into the lock to see if that frees it.
The key is worn out , u need to try pulling out w/pliers ,use a newer key
Your gonna have to call a tow truck or insurance company to get you in the car. You will have to have to replace the whole lock mechanism.
