The lock mechanism has something worn (you won't be able to see what). You'll have to replace the lock mechanism. It's a common Saxo problem. Replacing the lock is a Chinese puzzle. I have a two page answer to this. It's about the most difficult thing I've ever had to do on my Saxo.
