There is not really a way to fix blown earbuds unless you order new parts because they are just blown out. Its not like you could pop something back in to make it work again. With all the trouble of ordering new pieces I think it is just worth buying new ones.

Another thing you can try, assuming that you're using a computer running Windows 7/Vista, is to check whether it's a software problem. To do so, you must first right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select "Sounds" from the menu. Then you go to the "Playback" tab and select your headphones on the list. Then you select "Properties" from the lower-right hand corner, and go to the "Levels" tab. From there you click the "Balance" button, and make sure that the two values are the same. If they aren't, then equalize them and your problem should be solved. If this doesn't work, or if the headphones don't work even off of a computer, then, I'm sorry, but it's probably a hardware issue.
