A rear electric window that has jammed on a Renault Megane Dynamique might be termed off cable. This means that the mechanism for raising and lowering the window (the cable) might need to be replaced. To replace the cable, the door panel needs to be removed.
yes
If you lift and hold the window operation button for 10secs this will reset your window correctly.
Yes you can. About 90 minutes. Plenty of suppliers on e-bay. Some give instructions. Typically under £20.
to reset the windows , with the ignition on hold the 2 front window switch`s up together for about 5 seconds and that should reset them ,,
did you figure out how to? mine has the same problem
Check if it is blocked by anything
there's a little black button just above the number plate
Looking at the fuses, you'll see two stacked vertically (25A), and another to the right hand side of those. Of the the two stacked, the top one is for the front passenger window and the bottom for the front driver's side. The window fuse to the right of these is for the rear windows (both of them I think)
hi, i found on mine the actual mechanics are fine , it is the attached circuit board plugged onto the window motor that controls the speed and direction that was gone ,only problem is you need to buy the complete unit , just to unplug the connector you need, £225.00 plus vat, i bought one from a scrap yard, £40.00 complete, changed the plug holding the circuit board job done , i got a 2005 megane 1.6 16v . hi i have a 53 plate megane and i dryed the wires with hair dryer and it worked Renault are really bad for water in the electrics
if you get one from a scrap yard for £10 to£15 you get the whole lot with slide rail . you take the door panel off there is three nuts to the motor and two screws to rail and one slide clip that holds the glass in place
