i have a 1990 Toyota corolla and my blinker wont turn left or right on its own I have to do it manualy i think its been cut off what do i need to buy to fix the problem
Fix the problem. It retests everytime you turn the key on.

I would start by replacing the spark plugs and plug wires. If that does not fix the problem seek professional help.
Toyota should recall them, seriously, there have been over 1000 complaints of this same problem on the 2002 Toyota Camry - check google.
I think that was the same problem as I had. If your Corolla is under 120K this problem will be covered. Just take it to your closest Toyota dealer and they should replace the ECU for you at no charge.
I have the same problem on 2011 RAV4 V6. Please help!
