It Depends on the weather, if it is warm out side the wind is going to be warm or it could be cold if it is a strong wind and if it is cold out side the wind usually is cold but on a stormy day the wind is warm.

The climate control is not operating for the passenger side. Check to insure the physical controls work, and the diverter vents are opening to let the cool air to the passenger side.
There is a differential vane in the AC ductwork that regulates the flow of hot and cold air into the two halves (driver/passenger) of the system. Failure of this mechanism is one of the more notorious problems with the LS.
Most likely the warm-cold air separator got stuck or the servo (or rod if you have manual air system) mechanism failed.
Our car had this problem. Answer was a new A/C computer needed.
