simple way is to place bricks together and set on baking tray and place in oven at 185f if older polystyrene bricks or 200f if polypropelene.

It would be very hard to make Lego parts yourself, that's up to Lego to do! Also, it's against the Lego Copyright notice, so I wouldn't if I was you! :)
