If it is air suspension, it is best to convert to regular suspension. You can buy replacement coils spings to replace the air bags. The springs come with instructions. Changing the air bags was fairly simple, but the shocks were more difficult. The shocks do not have to be changed at the same time. Try googling strutmasters.
The air system on my Grand Marquis started giving me problems the rear started sagging to begin with. It took me a month to get the new air springs in I got those installed and about two months later the compressor went out. After reading up on it I found out this is kind of a repetitive problem so I ordered a conversion from www.strutmasters.com and I've happy with it since I got it installed. Good Luck
