The back wiper fluid is supplied by the windshield washer fluid tank in your engine compartment on the 2003 Ford Explorer ( 4 door )
You will have to remove the wiper arms, then remove the cowl, and then the wiper motor.

If your motor is working you don't have to worry about the fuse. It has something to do w/the motor itself.

The 2002-2004 Ford Explorer (except sport) takes 22" replacement wiper blades on both sides front and a 16" rear. The Sport takes 18" both sides front and a 14" rear.
When the windshield wiper on a 2000 Ford Ranger comes on by itself this can signal a damaged windshield wiper switch. Changing these switches out often corrects this problem.
