The body computer is probably seeing a door switch show open. You need to figure out which switch is the cause. A dealer can watch the door switches with their scan tool. You could unplug them one at a time until the problem goes away.
I would locate the fuse in the fuse box and remove the fuse, that's not fixing the problem but it will stop the automatic locking.
With an emergency locking mechanism
suggest taking the fuse for the locking doors out--make sure its not operating the window also

I don't think you can, unless you disable the whole electronic locking/unlocking system. It's a safety feature on many cars; once they hit about 15mph, the doors lock. (Just curious; why is this a problem for you? Makes it harder to push someone out at 50mph?)
