Go to the Main Menu Control. Click on Color. Apply your settings back to factory settings. Usually a computer virus does this or some person who does not know what to do.
Try turning the MONITOR off and then on again. If it doesn't work, change your computer color settings.
Check your cord from the computer and monitor. If that is ok check your video card.

Check the cable to the monitor. Determine if the fault is in the computer or monitor, by plugging in a known good monitor. If a good monitor still shows blue, then the graphics card or chip, may be at fault.

Someone can make his or her own computer monitor shelf, by buying a shelf in a do-it-yourself shop. Buy it together with some stuff to fix it to the wall and voila.
