# As soon as you start the game, you need to shop for the "waterproof tape". When you see it in the varied items section of the store, buy it. It's cheap and doesn't take up much room!! # Step 2 Once you have married someone you can go about fixing that leaking hose!! Take the tape and drop it by the hose that has the puddle by it. The game will not let you drop it anywhere else, so you can't mess this up. # Step 3 Once you have dropped the tape, put one adult in the shower (or at the sink brushing teeth) and put the other adult on the hose. When the water is running in the bathroom, you'll be able to tape the hose.

∙ 12y agoFirst you have to buy the Duct Tape which will only appear once in a while. Then, you place it near the hose. It will say 'too much pressure'. Then get a person to take a shower or get a drink and drop another person on the hose. They will fix it.

∙ 11y agoIf you have the full version.. this is how you do it.. For the free version.. You can't fix it. Anyways.. To fix the hose, you have to go to the store and in the "Varied Items" sometimes they'll have "Waterproof Tape." you buy that then click on it in your inventory and then click on the hose when you see the tape by the hose, you put one person to get a drink and another to go to the hose and fix it. The drinking of water will cause pressure on the hose and fix it.

∙ 11y agoIn the store under varies items, you may see a roll of tape. If it is in the store, buy it, and drag it to the hose. If the person complains of too much water pressure, there is not much you can do but to wait for a period of time, and then drag them to the hose again. They MAY sucessfully apply the tape to the hose.
