The first thing you should have done is rebooted the computer. If that did not work and since you tried downloading updated drivers and that did not work, you need to delete the drivers and then install the updated ones. If that does not work, then you need to contact someone who has more experience than you. Since it is a fairly new computer, there should still be some tech support available from the manufacturer.
