new bulb, check fuse. i can't see any wires to that light just becoming faulty so... try those two.
Some parts like seats may or may not fit because the 1992 is a 5th generation and the 1996 is a 6th generation Civic. Most parts will not fit.
To fix a ratio on a 2000 Honda Civic transmission, follow the procedure stipulated in the users manual.
You will need to change the brakes and rotors on the Honda Civic to see if that fixes them. If not, take the car to a mechanic and have them fix the problem.

I have the same issue on my 2001 Honda Civic , Honda just Quoted me 256.00 for a new seatbelt and 50.00 For labour. The mechanic Told me its the only way to fix the issue. whether that's true or not , i don't know! but hope this helps some. Cheers
I heard that it' just fuse that's missing. It should be next to headlight fuse.

You don't fix it, you just replace it. After replacing it get an alinement.

The only thing you can do to them is change them.
This was a TSB bulletin for 96-2000 civics. First replace the bulb. If that does not fix the problem, then the dome light assembly must be replaced. The problem is in the internal grounding of the faulty light assembly
