You will need to remove the dashboard panel in order to replace the electronic throttle control light. With the dashboard panel removed the light can be access to be replaced.
It is very important that you reference which year, but the only 2 generations that have this option are the 00'-05' and the 06' to current.In the 00'-05' to turn on the automatic light system, you will push the "light panel" knob on the left all the way in. This is the default knob position, making the automatic light control stay on with no further operation.In the 06'-to current model, you will turn the lighting knob on all the way to the left and release. The "Message Panel" will reflect "Automatic Lighting is on". If you do not get this message, turn the knob all the way to the left again and it will turn it on.
