Best left to a gunsmith
Take it to a gunsmith. You did not say what is wrong with it.
Did you wind the magazine up with the wheel on the bottom of it? This happened to me too.
She picked up the magazine and began looking for an article on financial aid for college.
The problem with the ar-7 jamming is not the rifle but it has to do with the magazine. Here is how to fix the problem.Polish or fine sand the feeding ramp on the magazine to bare metal and lightly lubricate with gun greese.Lubricate after every shooting session and you will never have another jam.
Must go to a repair center
This has happened to me many times. What I normally do is take the magazine out. Then I open the flap that allows me to put bbs in. I will put my finger in there and move it aroudn until I hear the gear spinning. This will normally fix it. If it doesn't, you have a jammed gun. Get a coat hanger and un-bend it. Then stick it into the barrel (make sure the magazine is out). This should fix it.
No it is not bad for it. Make sure you do not overwind it, because if you do it will overload the spring. To fix this, you have to take the magazine apart to let the spring unwind. This rule applies to all guns. It is always ok to wind it up before putting it in the gn.

buy a new one, they use a sealed mechanisim unfortunately it would be virtually impossible to repair if the pipes, cylinder or fitting were damaged.
No one answer- sort of like how do you fix a car that won't start. Depends on what the problem is that was causing the jam. Possible sources of the problem- bad or wrong ammo, bad magazine lips, dirty/unlubricated gun. broken/ worn parts, and operator error.
