3. Click twice on the cart surfer cart that hass tipped over and weld all the cracks.
4. Place the transmitter you got in your invintory in the cart. Click in the Mine for the cart to go.

next pull down the part in the middle to the very bottom
next move the second one to the bottom right across
now pull the one at the end down at the front then pull the middle one up
then move the bottom one across then the first one at the front down then move the metal thing down by the front then done
