How do you fix the power steering on a 1995 Lexus sc 400 the power steering is leaking from the vac valve on the pump but it has no power steering.it doesn't make any noise.?

It has to be changed because the oil will get into your alternater and it will be toast in a short period of time

Check and make sure the rack is not also leaking. I ended up replacing the entire system (everything that had power steering fluid run through it) in my 94. Also the power steering pump turned my fan - you run out of P/S fluid and your transmission burns up.
