∙ 14y agoThere used to be a product called "Sneaker Stuff" which was a silicone based tube of a "Gunk" like product. This was good for filling holy spots and gaps. Gunk works almost as well....

Are yaktrax shoes good for running?
Yaktrax shoes are ok, but I would go with a good pair of asics. Inside the sneakers, I suggest you put a foot cushion sole in. It makes it easier on your knees.
