How do you fix windshield wiper lever on a Mitsubishi Galant GTZ 1999 the lever doesn't retract anymore it stays in spray mode but doesn't spray wiper fluid?

Go to NAPA Auto Parts and ask them to order a new switch. They can be sure to help you find the correct part. Their website says they run around $44 for a new one. Or check your local import parts salvage yard for a Galant of your vintage and pull it there. (be sure it works or you may end up with TWO broken windshield wiper levers haha)
