The first Chevrolet Caprice was produced in 1966. The Caprice was officially the Chevrolet brand's top-line series. The first Caprice series would go in production until 1970.

Loosen one end of the brake line on the Caprice and let it drain into a pan. Unhook the other end, and pull the line out. Route the new line in the same way as the old one came out. Reconnect the lines, fill the master cylinder, then bleed the system to finish the installation.

You always use the largest a/c line to re-charge the system..It is the "suction side" The small line is the high pressure line.
Could be a restricted/damaged brake hose or brake line on the left front.

You can obtain a break line assembly diagram, for your Chevrolet pickup truck, from most Chevrolet dealerships. You can also obtain the diagram from most auto-parts stores.
I had a Problem with mine and it was the Emergency brake line froze up and stuck. had to have it towed and they replaced the the emergency brake cable.
Its in the biggest line trace it from your a/c compressor.
take the old one off, put a new one on.
