You probably can't fix the phone your self unless you are a professional glass fixer or something. You just have to pay the fee (unless it's covered under insurance) and get it fix at your local phone company or you can send it in and they will send a new one.

I have a Nokia cell phone I forgot what the name was but it is a flip phone. I've had it for almost two years and since last night its been showing a blank white screen, I can still use it and it still shows the regular screen but its flashing a white screen every 8 seconds and the mini screen on the outside isn't working at all....is there anything I can do to fix it before i take it into AT&T?
Yes. Unless you see the external antenna then it would be built into the phone. Cell phone companies began putting them inside the phone because they were always getting broken on the outside of the phone.
LG does have a touch screen cell phone. LGs touch screen cell phone is call the VU. It has a 5.0 megapixal three inch screen, built in camera and TV enabled.

Cell phone screen protectors are particularly useful because they stop a cell phone screen from becoming damaged. This means that the resale value of the phone will remain greater. In order to apply a cell phone protector, the user first has to remove the plastic packaging around the protector. Next, the user places the sticky side on the phone screen and presses down. Finally, the user peels off the other side of the plastic covering. The phone screen is covered and any air bubbles can be pushed gently to remove them. Usually, cell phone protective screen covers come with instructions.
There is no ruby in the phone.
