If your iPhone is stuck on the rebooting logo, you can try these ways: Force restart your iPhone; Use iTunes to restore your iPhone; Use Joyoshare UltFix to fix iPhone without data loss;
ITS PREPOSTEROUS!
Yes you need to activate it using Itunes, otherwise you wont be able to use it you will only see emergency calls only on the screen or a logo for USB cable pointing to an itunes logo. For the step by step procedure on how to activate iphone, just go the link http://nice-to-know-about-iphone.blogspot.com and look for the topic "Activating an Iphone"
You have to put in the SIM-card and plug it into the PC. Then just slide the activation bar.
Soft reset your iPhone (turn off and turn back on) If that doesnt work try hard reseting you iPhone (hold down sleep/wake button and home button until the apple logo apears- don't worry it doesn't affect your apps/music) If that doesn't work restart your computer. If that doesn't work then download the latest version of itunes.
iTunes
Generally it means there is some damage to your display, at the very least. There could also be corruption to your phone's software, which is resulting in the phone being stuck on the startup scree (with the Apple logo), and the "flower" is most likely the "spinning wheel" that indicates a process was ongoing, but got stopped or stuck somehow. The best thing to do is to take the phone to your nearest Apple Store for a Genius Bar appointment or arrange to see an iPhone Apple Authorized Service Provider for assistance; you can also try restoring the device yourself using iTunes, but if there is permanent damage to the display's hardware, the line may not go away even if you do manage to get past the Apple logo. 10
Secrete.
Guess the Logo
In order to unfreeze the iPhone you will have to hold down the home button and the sleep/wake button for ten seconds. During this time the red slider may appear but do not let go of the buttons until the apple logo appears.
After the logo appears, your IPhone should come on automatically.(: It takes about two minutes. Don't push buttons though, or else your IPhone will freeze up.(:
If the iPod touch is stuck on the apple screen after updating to IOS 7, try turning it off for a few minutes if after turning it back on its still stuck you can try putting it in recovery mode and restoring it from back up. You do that by following these steps: 1. Connect the iPhone's USB cable to your computer, but not your iPhone. 2.Turn your iPhone off. If the phone won't turn off in the traditional manner, just keep holding the buttons until the screen goes dark. 3.Once you've turned the device off, press the home button on the face of the device and plug in the USB cable to the device's dock connector. 4.When it turns on, keep pressing the home button until the iTunes logo appears on the screen. 5.You'll know the phone is now in recovery mode because a window in iTunes will tell you. 6.You can then start the restore process by clicking the "Restore" button in the iTunes window.
