this is the question I was looking for the reason be it happend to me to i accidently hit it against my heater and then the motion wouldn't work but if it doesn't work for just a certain motion it mite be because of the game some games arnt set out very well with motion please note the game that you use that wont work but if it is different wat you'll want to do is shake it up and down for about 30 second then strait after hit the bottom of the wii mote up near the sensor about 5, 10 times the reason for this is that the interiour sensor mite be out of position doing this just puts it back

well if you want to get it to connect to a new wii just do the same thing. or just keep trying on the same one to ge it to work. it took me about ten minutes for my first time with a new wiimote
Happened with me too. Get the motion plus click the two buttons push them blow ino the motion plus and plug it back in the wii controller. also you could take it out for a date lick it. blow it have fun with it... their are various ways for you to fix it ENJOY
